Defective or Damaged Products
While we maintain strict quality control standards, product defects or damage may occasionally occur. If you receive a defective or faulty product, the following conditions apply:

  1. Retain all original packaging and provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  2. For visibly damaged or leaking items, please submit clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon verification, store credit will be issued for the item’s purchase price. Shipping, taxes, and associated fees are not eligible for credit or reimbursement.
